Terms of service
Last updated 13 September 2026.
These terms cover detailing work booked through this site. Booking a slot means you accept them.
On this page
1. Bookings are requests
Choosing a slot on this site sends a request. It is not confirmed until you get a text or email back. Until then the slot may go to someone else.
2. Price and payment
The price shown on the pricing page is for a vehicle in ordinary condition. Heavy soiling, pet hair, smoke damage, mould or an oversized vehicle takes longer, and the price may be higher. If that applies to your car, you will be told the new price before any work starts, and you can walk away at no cost.
Payment is due when the work is finished, unless agreed otherwise.
3. This is a drop-off service
We are not a mobile detailer and we do not travel to you. You bring the vehicle to our unit at the time you booked, and you collect it when we tell you it is ready.
The drop-off address is sent to you once your booking is confirmed. It is not published on this site.
For a booking to go ahead we need:
- The vehicle brought to us at the booked start time
- The keys left with us for the length of the work
- The vehicle collected once we tell you it is ready
If the vehicle does not arrive, the booking counts as a late cancellation.
4. Timing and delays
Each service is booked for a set length of time: about an hour for a single interior or exterior detail, three hours for both together, and four hours for the full package with a ceramic coating. Those are estimates, not guarantees. Running over is not grounds for a refund.
Vehicles left with us for longer than the booked time after we have told you they are ready are left at your own risk.
If we are going to be late, you will be told as soon as we know.
5. Cancelling and rescheduling
Cancel or move your booking at no charge up to 12 hours before the slot. Inside 12 hours, or if nobody is there when we arrive, we may charge up to half the booking price to cover the lost evening.
We may cancel too. If we do, you pay nothing and get first choice of the next available slot.
6. Weather
Some of the work is done outdoors. Heavy rain, storms, freezing conditions or extreme heat may force a booking to move. You will be contacted as early as possible and the booking rescheduled at no charge.
7. Condition of the vehicle
Detailing cleans a car. It does not repair one. Existing damage such as scratches, dents, chips, cracked trim, worn upholstery, perished rubber or failing clear coat will still be there afterwards, and cleaning can make existing damage easier to see.
Tell us about loose trim, aftermarket parts, existing paint damage or anything else fragile before work begins.
8. Valuables
Please take money, electronics, documents and anything of personal value out of the car before you drop it off. We are not responsible for items left in the vehicle.
9. Liability
We take reasonable care. If we damage your vehicle through our own negligence, tell us within 48 hours of the booking so it can be inspected and put right. Except where the law says otherwise, our total liability for any booking is limited to the amount you paid for that booking.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
10. Photographs
We may ask to photograph the finished car for our gallery and social media. You can say no, and it changes nothing else about the booking. Published photos never show number plates or house numbers. See the privacy policy for more.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, and any dispute will be handled by the courts of Texas.
