Prices are for a car in ordinary condition. Spills, smoke or mold take longer: mention it when you book and you will be told the price before any work starts. If the trunk or a storage compartment is full of personal belongings, we skip it.

Do you come to my house?
No. FreshWhips is drop-off only: you bring the car to us in Murphy, TX at your booked time and collect it when it is done. The exact address comes with your booking confirmation.
How long will it take?
About an hour for an interior or exterior detail on its own, and about three hours for both together. We let you know when it is ready to collect.
When do I pay?
When the work is finished and you collect the car. Nothing is charged when you book.
Which size is my car?
Sedan covers sedans, coupes and hatchbacks (Camry, Civic, 3 Series). SUV covers crossovers, SUVs and pickups (RAV4, X3, Tacoma). 7-seater covers large SUVs, three-row cars and vans (Escalade, Suburban, Telluride, Sienna). Not sure? Call or text (945) 267-9590.
Can I cancel or change my booking?
Yes, free of charge up to 12 hours before. Cancel with the link in your confirmation email, or call or text us to move it. Inside 12 hours, or if the car does not arrive, we may charge up to half the booking price.
What if the weather is bad?
Some of the work happens outdoors. If heavy rain, storms, a freeze or extreme heat would get in the way, we contact you as early as we can and move the booking at no charge.
What products do you use?
Proper detailing chemicals, not whatever is cheapest at the auto parts store: Meguiar’s, Adam’s Polishes, Koch-Chemie, P&S Detail Products, Superior Products and Griot’s Garage.
Do you have a monthly plan?
Yes. A full interior and exterior detail at the same day and time every month, for example the second Saturday at 10am: $80 a visit for a sedan, $90 for an SUV and $100 for a seven-seater. We book each visit for you and you pay when you collect the car. The plan has a three-visit minimum, and a month can’t be skipped: if you can’t make your day, call or text us and we’ll move it to another day that month. Start a plan.
Anything to do before I drop it off?
Take out money, electronics and anything else of value. If the trunk or any storage compartment (glovebox, center console, door pockets) is full of personal belongings, we skip that space rather than move your things. Add heavy pet hair removal when you book if it is needed, and mention spills or smoke so we can tell you the price before we start.
Weekend times go first.
Booking takes about a minute and nothing is charged until the work is done.
